Alrededor del 30% de este vino envejece 12 meses en barricas nuevas y usadas de roble francés. El resto se guarda en tanques de acero inoxidable para mantener su carácter afrutado junto con la complejidad del roble proveniente de los vinos en barrica. Se filtra ligeramente antes del embotellado.
