El Henriot Brut Souverain fue el primer champán creado por la Maison Henriot. Este champán cuenta la historia de todos los crus de sus viñedos, haciendo del Brut Souverain un multi cru. Es una mezcla de las tres principales variedades de la región de Champagne: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir y Meunier. Este cuvée fue nombrado Brut Souverain por Ernest Henriot, nieto de Apolline, cuando la Maison Henriot fue nombrada proveedor oficial de champán para la Corte del Rey de Holanda y del Emperador Austro-Húngaro. Es un vino soberbio para degustar como aperitivo.
