Descripción
El nombre “Viña Gravonia” proviene de los viñedos situados aproximadamente a 200 metros de la bodega, adquiridos originalmente por el bisabuelo de los actuales propietarios de esta reconocida bodega riojana, López de Heredia. Anteriormente conocidos como Viña Zaconia, estos vinos se elaboraban como vinos dulces, utilizando botrytis cinerea, y también se llamaban Sauternia, en clara alusión a los famosos Sauternes franceses. Sin embargo, hoy en día estos vinos ya no son dulces. Viña Gravonia es un vino blanco único que destaca por su complejidad aromática y su frescor y evolución en boca, culminando en un final increíblemente largo.
