Vinos de los Herederos del Marqués de Riscal fue, desde su fundación en 1858, la bodega pionera en Rioja. Fue la primera en elaborar vinos de Rioja envejecidos en barrica. Las sensaciones vivas de Marqués de Riscal toman cuerpo en la Ciudad del Vino, donde tradición y vanguardia conviven en perfecta armonía.
Elaborado con las variedades Tempranillo y Graciano, procedentes de viñedos de más de 15 años. Se cosecha a mano y se envejece durante 24 meses en barricas de roble americano. Aroma balsámico con notas de fruta madura, en boca es fresco, ligero y persistente, con taninos suaves y redondos.
Este vino marida bien con jamones, quesos menos curados, guisos con salsas menos picantes, legumbres cocidas o guisadas, aves, carnes rojas, carnes a la brasa y asadas.
Temperatura de servicio entre 16 y 18ºC.
