El Gin London Number One se destila en pequeños lotes en el corazón de Londres, el sabor único de este gin es el resultado de la calidad de los ingredientes crudos utilizados, así como su destilación en alambiques (tradicionalmente los únicos alambiques usados para destilación en pequeñas cantidades). El London N°1 se produce a partir de los mejores granos de Norfolk, en la región de Suffolk. Debe su nombre a Apsley House, que se hizo conocida como Nº1 de Londres, debido a la grandiosidad de su propiedad en un lugar destacado de la ciudad (junto al Hyde Park). Hoy en día, la casa Nº1 es sinónimo de elegancia refinada, cultura y arte, atributos que se reflejan en el propio gin London Nº1. Es uno de los pocos gins realmente destilados en Londres y fue creado para remontarse a los valores tradicionales de los gins londinenses, aunque con un toque moderno y único: un impresionante color azul turquesa. Producido a partir de 12 botánicos, este gin se destila 4 veces y se produce en pequeños lotes. Premiado con medallas de oro internacionalmente, London Nº1 es un gin fresco, especializado y con alta persistencia en boca.
