A smooth and oily texture, with an intense flavor that harmoniously takes over; almost perfumed at the beginning, but always salty and slightly sweet, with a wonderfully earthy and smoky character coming from the specially selected barrels. This "sea monster" has a full spicy touch that is savored at the end. The water softens it, adding a slight spicy tingle on the tongue, keeping the overall profile similar.
The gentle aroma does not reveal the intensity that is about to emerge. The initial notes are sweet and maritime, with a slight touch of cereals reminiscent of oatmeal, quickly giving way to cleaner, more maritime aromas that evoke salty seaweed, salt crystals, and iodine, over a base of mountain smoke. A drop of water softens the aromas, enhancing the maritime character.
