Orders and vintages

Orders are processed after payment has been confirmed. In the event of a stock shortage, the customer will be contacted to choose between replacement, alteration, or a refund.

In the specific case of wines with a vintage indication, the customer expressly agrees, upon completing the purchase and accepting these Terms and Conditions, that Wine Vins may send the most recent vintage of the same product when the advertised vintage is sold out, with the remaining characteristics of the item (brand, type, designation, and price) unchanged.
