O Vino Nobile di Montepulciano Tinto 2021 é uma expressão clássica e equilibrada do Sangiovese (Prugnolo Gentile), com um corte que permite até 30% de variedades típicas como Canaiolo e Mammolo. Proveniente de uma colheita considerada clássica em Montepulciano — com primavera quente, chuvas estratégicas e maturação uniforme — este vinho apresenta cor vermelho-rubi intensa e aromas de frutas vermelhas maduras, ameixa, violeta e especiarias subtis. Em boca revela corpo médio a cheio, taninos polidos, acidez vibrante e final longo com toques de alcaçuz, ervas aromáticas e um leve traço mineral. Envelhecido por pelo menos dois anos, incluindo um ano em carvalho, está pronto para beber agora, mas pode evoluir serenamente por 10 a 15 anos. Ideal para acompanhar pratos rústicos toscanos como pappardelle ao ragù de javali, carnes assadas ou queijos maturados.
