O Vajra-Barolo DOCG Luigi Baudana Serralunga Tinto 2021 é um exemplar altamente representativo de Nebbiolo 100%, proveniente da histórica vinha Luigi Baudana, em Serralunga d’Alba, gerida pela G.D. Vajra. Com 14,5% de álcool e contendo sulfitos, este Barolo passa por vinificação tradicional seguida de envelhecimento de 42 meses em grandes tóneis de carvalho de Slavónia, com estágio adicional em garrafa antes do lançamento. No nariz, exibe aromas intensos de cereja preta e framboesa selvagem, com toques balsâmicos, anis e alcaçuz, assim como nuances terrosas de ferro e ervas secas. Em boca revela excelente estrutura e equilíbrio, com taninos firmes mas elegantes, acidez vibrante e final prolongado com fruta e especiarias entrelaçadas — pronto para consumo a partir de cerca de 2025, com potencial de guarda até 2042 ou além. Serve idealmente entre 18–20 °C, sendo uma harmonização perfeita para carnes vermelhas assadas, caça ou queijos maduros.
