Vinification of Titan Reserva 2020 Red Wine: fresh grapes at their ideal point of maturation, picked by hand into 20 kg boxes, are transported to the winery where they were subjected to careful manual selection, de-stemming and trodden by foot in a stone press during 4 hours and then the must is transferred to temperature-controlled fermentation tanks, where it ferments over 10 days. Aging and aging takes place for nine months in French oak barrels.
