Quinta dos Carvalhais Gouveio Branco - Edição Especial Vinificação: As uvas chegadas à adega em caixas de 300Kg, foram descarregadas na sua maioria (70%), na prensa pneumática. Uma parte do Gouveio (30%) esteve em maceração pelicular por 24h em cuba refrigerada. Todos os mostos decantaram a baixa temperatura durante 24 horas. Foram depois enviados para depósitos inox com temperatura controlada, onde ocorreu a fermentação, durante cerca de 20 dias, a temperaturas que não ultrapassaram os 18ºC. Estágio de 18 meses em barricas de carvalho francês usadas de 225L (65%) e os restantes 35% do vinho permaneceu em cubas de inox, pelo mesmo período de tempo.

Na boca encontramos novamente os frutos troipicais. Vinho com volume, textura e acidez muito integrada acentuando o carater gastronómico. Termina longo e muito equilibrado.
Complexo no aroma com notas de fruta tropical e exótica, nuances de uma ervas aromáticas que dão frescura e uma subtil nota do estágio em barrica. Tem o caráter guloso e a cremosidade tipica do gouveio.
