Quinta da Manoella VV 2022Vinha velha com 109 anos e cerca de 30 castas indígenas do Douro.Vinificação: A vindima realizou-se em perfeitas condições atmosféricas no dia 28 de Setembro. As uvas devidamente seleccionadas e parcialmente desengaçadas fermentaram em lagar com pisa a pé durante 10 dias. O estágio decorreu em barricas neutras de carvalho francês durante 22 meses.
