"Vinified at Quinta do Seixo with selected grapes from the existing plots at the estate. The grapes were selected in the vineyard and again upon arrival at the winery. After a gentle crushing and destemming, a delicate maceration was carried out through foot treading in traditional granite lagares, at controlled temperatures. At the right moment, grape brandy was added to stop the fermentation and 'benefit' the wine."
