Porto Quinta do Noval LBV Unfiltered 2016Um Late Bottled Vintage não filtrado produzido com uvas exclusivamente da nossa vinha, pisadas a pé nos tradicionais lagares de granito da Quinta.Vinificação: As uvas são pisadas a pé nos lagares para se obter o mosto, e em seguida maceradas durante a fermentação para se obter a melhor extração possível de aromas, cor e componentes polifenólicos.Estágio: O vinho envelhece durante 5 anos, em tonéis de madeira de carvalho, em vez dos 2 anos de um Porto Vintage clássico. Isto explica o seu nome «Late Bottled Vintage». Um estágio mais longo em madeira ajuda o desenvolvimento de um vinho mais macio e dá-lhe o seu estilo muito acessível, pronto a ser bebido assim que engarrafado.
