A wine that reflects the character and elegance of the terroir in top cuts. From our vineyards in the vineyard, on clay-limestone soils, the grapes we use in this blend composed of syrah and touriga franca grow. Our harvest is manual and takes place at night, in the coolest hours of the morning. All grapes pass through the sorting table, ensuring that only the best bunches reach fermentation, which occurs spontaneously, following a philosophy of minimal intervention. The wines aged in French oak barrels of different ages for 12 months, before aging the batch in stainless steel before bottling in June 2022.
