Churchill's Quinta da Gricha Talhao 8 TintoEste vinho é produzido de forma única a partir das vinhas da nossa propriedade Quinta da Gricha. O Talhão 8 provém da parcela mais antiga de Touriga Nacional da Quinta da Gricha. Apresenta grande intensidade aromática, combinando notas de mentol, mirtilos frescos e manjericão selvagem, com um paladar exuberante.Vinificação: As uvas são colhidas em pequenas caixas de aproximadamente 20 kg e transportadas para a adega, onde passam por um cuidadoso processo de seleção antes do esmagamento. A vinificação decorre em pequenos depósitos de fermentação em aço inoxidável. As uvas são totalmente desengaçadas e esmagadas. Após 4 dias de maceração a frio, inicia-se a fermentação sob controlo de temperatura. Durante este processo, o mosto é suavemente remontado sobre as películas, garantindo uma fermentação longa e equilibrada e uma boa extração aromática e polifenólica.100% deste vinho estagia durante 12 meses em barricas novas de carvalho francês de 500 litros. É colado e ligeiramente filtrado antes do engarrafamento.
