O sabor é um pouco mais estruturado do que o aroma sugere, mas ainda assim repleto de sabores variados como amêndoas cristalizadas, maçãs caramelizadas, passas e alcaçuz salgado. O final é longo e redondo, com um toque persistente de especiarias.
O aroma inicial é uma explosão de raspas de laranja e cranberries secas, antes de evoluir para uma direção mais doce com notas de favo de mel e algodão-doce. Ao longo da degustação, notas de canela, tiramisu, vinho quente e até mesmo pimenta jalapeño surgem e levam o olfato a diferentes direções. Há sempre algo novo a ser descoberto a cada gole.
