Vinification of Esporao Reserva Red Wine 2021: Separate harvest of each grape variety, destemming, crushing, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, concrete tanks, and small marble lagares, with controlled temperatures, pressing, followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aging: 12 months in American oak barrels (60%) and French oak barrels (40%). After bottling, an additional 8 months of bottle aging followed.
