Vinification of Wine 2 (Two) White Quintas 2022: The harvest date for each plot is decided after successive grape tastings in the field. After the decision has been made, the grapes are harvested manually and transported to the winemaking center, separated according to variety and plot. This is followed by cold maceration of the whole bunch for a period of approximately 24 hours. The fresh grapes are gently pressed and the must is transferred to underground vats, where decantation takes place. This allows the turbidity of the must to be adjusted and fermentation begins. Around 90% of the wine ferments and ages in stainless steel vats and the remaining 10% in French and Austrian oak casks of different capacities.

The entrance of the mouth reveals breadth, but always smooth, once again finding the same type of ripe fruit accompanied by a fine acidity. The aftertaste is long and very persistent, which makes it difficult not to drink again
Delicate aroma, where the sweet aromas of flowers, such as roses, and the fresh aromatic sensation of stone mix. After gently shaking, the ripest fruit is accompanied by a light smoky aroma.
