VINIFICAZIONE: La vendemmia è stata effettuata nel mese di settembre. Le uve sono state trasportate in casse da 22 kg fino alla cantina. Sono rimaste 12 ore in camera frigorifera, venendo condotte, per gravità, fino ai tini, dove è avvenuta la fermentazione completa con pigiatura a piedi. Il vino ha affinato per 12 mesi in barriques da 225L e botti da 600L di rovere francese e austriaco.
