Access to the website www.winevins.com does not exempt prior knowledge of the general conditions for the use of its content and
respective services and implies that the user and the visitor have
full knowledge of them.

When purchasing wines, I accept to receive the most recent harvest, if the selected one does not exist.

Delivery of the Order

The forecast for delivery of the order is 2 to 3 working days in mainland Portugal, 3 to 5 working days in the islands, about 5 to 7 working days in Europe and between 7 to 10 working days in the rest of the world, from date of receipt of the order by Garrafeira WineVins. Garrafeira WineVins always analyzes which countries have or do not have certain restrictions on the entry of our products. However, it is important to note that the responsibility for identifying the various restrictions does not depend exclusively on us. If this happens, we cannot be held responsible for shipments made to countries where the respective law does not allow the entry of our products or imposes import fees, and it is the responsibility of the customer to seize or retain the respective order. In the event of returning products, we can only refund the amount of the merchandise.
