VinificaçãoAs uvas provenientes da vinha Maria Teresa foram transportadas em caixas de 22 kg de capacidade e sujeitas a uma rigorosa triagem em mesa de escolha à entrada da adega. Após um desengace total e pisa em lagar tradicional, o mosto foi transferido para cubas de fermentação em aço inox com temperatura controlada. No final da fermentação alcoólica, procedeu-se a uma prensagem suave.EnvelhecimentoQuinta do Crasto Vinha Maria Teresa 2020 estagiou em barricas de carvalho 100% novas, sendo 90% de carvalho francês e 10 % de carvalho americano, onde permaneceu cerca de 20 meses. O lote final resulta da melhor selecção de barricas.
