De cor amarelo-esverdeada, destaca-se pelo aroma frutado e doce, com um paladar equilibrado entre notas amargas, picantes e doces. Colhido manualmente e extraído por métodos mecânicos tradicionais, este azeite de categoria superior mantém toda a sua autenticidade e intensidade.
