Beneficiada através de um processo de envelhecimento em barris de carvalho, ela adquire maior suavidade e complexidade. Apresenta aromas intensos de cana fresca, com notas amadeiradas e um toque de baunilha. No paladar, é encorpada e levemente adocicada, com um final longo e equilibrado. Esta aguardente é uma excelente representação da rica tradição madeirense, apreciada tanto pura quanto em coquetéis.
