Vinificazione del Porto Quinta da Romaneira LBV 2018: Le uve sono state pigiati a piedi per estrarre il mosto e poi lasciate a macerare nei tini in acciaio inox della Quinta. Questo metodo è stato scelto per ottenere la migliore estrazione di colore, aromi e composti fenolici. Invecchiamento: Processo di maturazione di 5 anni in botti di rovere, a differenza del periodo di 2 anni di un Vintage Classico. Questo periodo di maturazione prolungato è la ragione dietro il suo nome, "Late Bottled Vintage".
