Vinification of Bajancas Grande Reserva: After arriving at the winery, the grapes are destemmed. Pre-fermentative maceration at low temperature for 48 hours in stainless steel tanks. After the start of alcoholic fermentation, remontages are carried out. Vinification ends with post-fermentative maceration. Aging: In new 500-liter French oak barrels, for a period of 18 months.

Intense and deep red color
It presents good structure, with firm and ripe tannins, full-bodied, with well-balanced acidity, all well integrated in its body. It provides a persistent, harmonious, and very elegant finish.
