Vinification du Lagoalva Grande Reserva Alfrocheiro Tinto : Provenant de petits parcelles, les raisins préalablement sélectionnés sont récoltés à la main dans des caisses en septembre, très tôt pour arriver à la cave encore le matin. Après 3 jours de macération pré-fermentative, la fermentation alcoolique a eu lieu dans des lagars en inox à 24ºC. Les masses ont été pressées dans une presse hydraulique et la fermentation malo-lactique a eu lieu dans des barriques (neuves et de 2ème année) en chêne français, où elle a vieilli pendant 14 mois.
