Distilled in small batches of just 500 liters. All distillation is carried out in copper equipment made manually by artisans, using ancestral techniques. Distilled 4 times and using premium cereal alcohol and only with Portuguese botanicals such as juniper, angelica root, lemon and orange blossom, which highlights the main ingredient, shrimp from Cortegaça beach, in Ovar, in the north of Portugal and makes it a unique premium dry gin in the world.
In the mouth it has some salinity, a citrus touch and balanced bitterness and acidity. In the aftertaste a slight sweetness that contrasts with the acidity and makes it very interesting.
On the nose, the slightly resinous aroma, pine, light citrus, sea air and soft notes of honey.
