O Château L'Aurage 2021, da região Castillon Côtes de Bordéus, é um vinho tinto elegante e moderno, elaborado por Caroline e Louis Mitjavile. Com um conjunto de castas composto por 95% Merlot e 5% Cabernet Franc, cultivada em solos de argila e calcário, apresenta no nariz notas densas de cerejas, amoras e café. No paladar, revela-se rico, quente, com grande corpo, comprimento e taninos sedosos, resultado de um uso magistral e equilibrado do carvalho, especialmente tostado para este vinho. Engarrafado pela SCEA L'Aurage, com 13,5% de álcool, é um vinho de alta costura para ser apreciado entre 2025 e 2033, proveniente de vinhas próximas aos Grand Crus de Saint-Émilion.
