Vinification du Vin Carm Reserva Rouge Magnum : les grappes en mauvais état ont été éliminées, éraflage total, foulage doux et choc thermique, suivi d'une période de macération pré-fermentative à froid dans le lagar pendant environ 12 à 24h, après quoi les masses ont été transférées dans des cuves de fermentation larges et basses, macération pendant 8 jours à 22ºC.

En bouche, il est très concentré, chaud, avec des tanins fermes et une texture douce, une finale très intense et persistante montrant avec force la puissance des vins du Douro Supérieur.
Très frais et intense avec des notes de fruits noirs sauvages et de cerises noires en équilibre avec des nuances séduisantes de "Réglisse", l'arôme étant complexifié par les notes de bois.
