Vinificação do Borges Alvarinho Estagiado em Barrica: colheita de uvas manual e mecânica. após chegada das uvas à adega procede-se à prensagem. o mosto proveniente das uvas prensadas é arrefecido para 8-12 ºc de forma a decantar. após decantação o mosto limpo é separado das borras e inicia-se a fermentação com controlo de temperatura (15-17 ºC). No final da fermentação o vinho estagia sobre as borras finas em barricas de carvalho francês durante 5 meses.
