This rum is created in two stages of aging, both in American white oak barrels. In the first phase, the tafia with which rums are created based on the second phase are aged. In the final formula for these distillates are used with a minimum aging of three years, which are mixed with others of higher ages to increase their quality.
Beautiful very light mahogany
On the palate it is elegant and exceptionally rich, with a voluptuous, silky entry leads to a balanced palate. It is intense, but round and smooth.
The nose reveals a remarkable, exquisite bouquet, intense and complex notes of cocoa, vanilla, cedar and sweet tobacco.
