Produced with superior quality grapes, fermented in granite mills, with foot treading and aged in used barrels for an average period of 10 years, this Tawny expresses the full potential of the Covelinhas region for the production of great Tawnys.Wine Vinification from Porto Quinta dos Murças 10 Years: Selection of high quality grapes, followed by stemming and crushing. After fermentation in a press using the traditional foot treading process, wine brandy was added. The batches aged in used casks for an average of 10 years, benefiting from the natural freshness of our cellar. Stage: In used casks for an average of 10 years.
