Refunds and Returns
winevins.com recognizes all its customers' right to cancel contracts made with it, allowing them to return purchased products within 14 (fourteen) days, under the terms of Decree-Law No. 143/2001 and Decree-Law 82/2008 of 20/05.
To request an exchange or return, customers are asked to contact winevins.com via email at orders@winevins.com, indicating the order number or the document number that accompanied the order, taking into account the conditions detailed below in the following sections:
1- To make a return of the order, the product must
to be in perfect condition, and if applicable, with its original packaging, accessories, or included promotional offers, and accompanied by the purchase receipt or invoice.
2- Returns of defective products and shipments will be accepted
wrong, with winevins.com covering shipping and collection costs whenever the customer notifies this circumstance within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of product receipt.
3- Once the merchandise is received at our facilities and its condition is validated as compliant, the refund will be processed according to the payment method used by the customer, or another solution previously agreed upon with them.
4- winevins.com assumes responsibility for defects originating from the product's source or raw materials, and if confirmed by the specialized winevins.com team, the product will be exchanged or refunded at no cost to the customer.
5- winevins.com will not accept the return of the product after it has been used, or if it has been altered or modified.
6- winevins.com is not responsible for deficiencies resulting from incorrect use, negligence, poor storage conditions, or force majeure.
