Wine A de Arinto was produced from a single grape variety, Arinto. The maturation of the grapes was slow and quite balanced and they were harvested in the second week of October, maintaining the desired acidity and good health of the grapes. After careful selection on the carpet for choice, the grapes were lightly trodden by foot, in order to break the berry and macerated for 12 hours with a whole bunch and were subsequently pressed directly, without decantation into used 225 and 228 liter French oak barrels where it fermented naturally with indigenous yeasts and aged, without battonage in the same barrels for 10 months, without clean aging and with the fermentation lees until bottling. A wine with good aging potential.

In the tasting, strong and mineral entry with citrus predominance and volume. Lemon peel, medium body and equally medium finish.
On the nose, slight reduction, aromas of dry grass, apple and light toast from the barrel.
