The precision viticulture of 2017 resulted in the zoning of several areas of each of the grape varieties and of each of these zones, plants in particular. These plants and areas of higher concentration result in bunches with smaller berries, with greater aging potential and which are harvested manually into boxes to remain at 2ºC for 2 days in a cold room.
Dark red, dense and opaque
In the tasting, it has sharp, fine and increasing tannins with concentration in the middle of the tasting, balsamic freshness, meat, plums, blackberries and blueberries, a finish full of strength and mineral.
Complex and intense nose towards the end of fermentation in barrel. Truffles, cedar, light iodine, black olives, cocoa and an intense mix of black and red fruit and dried figs. Spicy, with black pepper, thyme and mineral extension.
