Wine produced from Boal grapes from Vinha da Torre, Parish of Campanário, on the south coast of Madeira. The grapes were pressed with stems in a pneumatic press. After 9 days of fermentation, without temperature control, we add the wine alcohol. The wine was then transferred to an old French oak cask, with a capacity of 700 liters. Aging took place in warehouse E, where temperatures are high in summer and very cold in winter. In June 2023, 857 units of 500ml and 60 magnums were bottled, all individually numbered.
Gold color.
Citrus palate, soft and round edges, flavors of caramel and honey. Good acidity in a balanced finish with a persistent molasses.
Quite fresh with notes of macerated fruit, raisins, nuts and orange leaf.
