Herédias Grande Reserva Tinto Vinification: Grapes from a vineyard over one hundred and thirty years old. Total destemming. Prolonged maceration. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts under controlled temperatures. Decantation into new and used 225L French oak barrels for 12 months. Ages for 14 months in bottle.
