White wine made from Alvarinho grape variety exclusively grown in Monção and Melgaço. The vineyards are over 12 years old and have low yield with high acidity levels and good ripeness. It is a wine made in the old way with skin contact, with more color and more tannins. It aims to fully explore the potential of the Alvarinho grape. Vinification of the Vinho Verde Alvarinho Anselmo Mendes Curtimenta 2021: Partial destemming. Skin maceration followed by fermentation with the skins for several hours. Fermentation finishes in used 400-liter barrels. In the same barrels, it undergoes batonnage for 9 months on full lees.
