Vinha Grande White is the first white wine from Casa Ferreirinha and is characterized by its aromatic intensity, which defines it in a very elegant way. Vinha Grande White reveals at its best all the potential of the Douro region in the production of high-quality blended white wines. Grapes from selected varieties coming from Quinta do Sairrão. At this estate, the white grape varieties are planted at high altitude, where temperatures are milder, thus obtaining grapes with the desired ripeness and acidity. After gentle destemming, the grapes undergo skin maceration and then are pressed. After decanting at low temperature, alcoholic fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks and French oak barrels, with temperature controlled between 14ºC-18ºC.
