Aus demselben Weinberg von JUPITER stammt auch die „Vinha da Micaela“. Es gibt mehr als 20 Rebsorten auf nur 3.600 m2, die den klassischsten Ausdruck des Territoriums und Terroirs von Vidigueira darstellen. Vinifikation: Manuelle Lese. Die Trauben wurden sorgfältig „Beere für Beere“ auf einem Vibrationsauswahltisch ausgewählt. Die Fermentation fand in traditionellen Talhas über einen Zeitraum von 15 Tagen statt. Der Wein reifte sechs Monate in der Talha mit Kontakt zur Schale, gefolgt von einem Zeitraum von 24 Monaten in einem 500-Liter-Fass aus französischer Eiche. Sechs Monate Flaschenreifung, bevor er auf den Markt kommt.
