Der Gin London Number One wird in kleinen Chargen im Herzen Londons destilliert. Der einzigartige Geschmack dieses Gins ist das Ergebnis der Qualität der verwendeten Rohstoffe sowie seiner Destillation in Kupferbrennblasen (traditionell die einzigen Brennblasen, die für die Destillation in kleinen Mengen verwendet werden). Der London N°1 wird aus den besten Getreidesorten aus Norfolk in der Region Suffolk hergestellt. Er verdankt seinen Namen Apsley House, das als Nr. 1 von London bekannt wurde, aufgrund der Großartigkeit seines Anwesens an einem markanten Ort in der Stadt (neben dem Hyde Park). Heutzutage ist das Haus Nr. 1 ein Synonym für raffinierte Eleganz, Kultur und Kunst, Eigenschaften, die sich im Gin London N°1 selbst widerspiegeln. Es ist einer der wenigen Gins, die tatsächlich in London destilliert werden, und wurde so kreiert, dass er die traditionellen Werte der Londoner Gins verkörpert, jedoch mit einem modernen und einzigartigen Touch - einer beeindruckenden türkisblauen Farbe. Hergestellt aus 12 Botanicals, wird dieser Gin 4 Mal destilliert und in kleinen Chargen produziert. International mit Goldmedaillen ausgezeichnet, ist London N°1 ein frischer, spezialisierter Gin mit hoher Persistenz im Mund.
