Lumina hat ihren Ursprung im Lateinischen "iluminada". Es bedeutet, einen intensiven Glanz zu haben und näher an der Sonne zu leben. Eine perfekte Definition für diese neue Reise. Diese Mischung aus Arinto mit einem Hauch von Roupeiro, mit einheimischen Hefen und ohne Temperaturkontrolle, ist das Ergebnis einer Suche nach dem reinen Ausdruck des Alentejo in einem Weißwein mit viel Persönlichkeit und eigenem Licht. Vinifikation des Rumo Lumina Reserva Branco: Manuelle Nachlese in der Nacht, Auswahl am Tisch, direkte Presse ohne Zerdrückung und ohne Sulfite bis zum Ende der Fermentation. Kaltdekantierung für etwa 12 Stunden, ohne Zusatzstoffe. Fermentation in Fässern ohne jegliche Temperaturkontrolle ab dem "Fuß der Maische" der einheimischen Hefen. Reifte 12 Monate in französischen Eichenfässern.
