Quanta Terra Cota 600 Hergestellt aus den Rebsorten Tinta Roriz und Tinta Amarela, reifte der Cota 600 in neuen französischen Eichenfässern mit 500 Litern Fassungsvermögen. Der Rotwein, „mit transparenter Textur“, sollte frisch (zwischen 14 und 16 Grad) genossen werden, hat einen unterdurchschnittlichen Alkohol- und Kaloriengehalt und ist der Beweis für die „Außergewöhnlichkeit“ von Weinen, die aus Höhenlagen stammen, in diesem Fall auf der Höhe 600 auf dem Hochplateau von Alijó.
