Vinifikation: Der Tinto entsteht aus einer Cuvée mit Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro, Tinta Roriz und Tinto Cão aus 40 Jahre alten Weinbergen, vinifiziert mit 100% Ganztraube. In der Mitte des Prozesses, um die Adstringenz der Tannine zu vermeiden, unterbrechen wir den Kontakt mit der Schale. Er reifte 12 Monate in 300L Fässern aus französischer Eiche und verblieb anschließend weitere 8 Monate in der Flasche, bevor er auf den Markt kam.
