Die Trauben wurden manuell geerntet, und nach einer strengen Auswahl und Entrappung mazerierten sie 10 Tage in einem Tank mit pneumatischem Stampfer. Nach der malolaktischen Gärung reifte der Wein teilweise in gebrauchten Eichenfässern. Er wurde nach minimaler Klärung abgefüllt.
