Nach der sorgfältigen Auswahl der Trauben im Weinberg wurde die Lese manuell in 20-kg-Kisten durchgeführt, die anschließend in einer Kühlkammer auf 8-10ºC abgekühlt wurden. Danach werden sie auf einem Auswahlband sortiert und bei niedrigen Druck in einer pneumatischen Presse gepresst. Die alkoholische Gärung erfolgt in einem Edelstahlbehälter über einen Zeitraum von 18 Tagen bei kontrollierter Temperatur von etwa 15ºC. Nach der alkoholischen Gärung verbleibt der Grundwein in Edelstahl und die feinen Hefen werden bis Februar 2014 aufgerührt. Die zweite alkoholische Gärung in der Flasche begann im Juni 2014, wobei die Lagerung in der Flasche mit den Hefen der zweiten Gärung bis zum Degorgieren, das der Vermarktung vorausgeht, fortgesetzt wird. Das Degorgieren fand im Oktober 2023 statt und verlieh dem Wein eine große Komplexität aufgrund der langen Jahre der Lagerung in der Flasche.

Die Aromen sind durch die verlängerte Reifung mit den Hefen geprägt. Es zeigt Noten von Keks, Röstung und einem leichten Hauch von Trockenfrüchten.
