Il Whisky Nikka Yoichi Single Malt è creato con metodi del passato, come il riscaldamento diretto a carbone; il malto Yoichi cattura veramente il carattere autentico della sua eccezionale posizione, con le sue note raffinate della costa e della torba. Una miscela sottile di barili Yoichi di varie età, di cui una grande parte è stata invecchiata in barili ex-sherry, il rappresentante perfetto del storico malto unico di Nikka esprime un delicato equilibrio tra aromi affumicati, fruttati e floreali.

Forte, potente. Torba, fumo, spezie, frutta fresca (melone, kiwi), noci (mandorla, noce) e note di cioccolato.
Corposo, morbido. Torba delicata e note salate in primo piano. Poi, frutti citrus cristallizzati (limone, arancia), liquirizia nera, spezie (noce moscata, zenzero), radici e rami secchi. Inebriante e floreale (chiodi di garofano, iris).
