Vinificazione del vino liquoroso rosso Herdade das Servas: Le uve vengono selezionate al tavolo di selezione e diraspate, seguita da fermentazione in pressa, con controllo della temperatura e pigiatura meccanica. Interruzione della fermentazione con l'aggiunta di brandy e pressatura in pressa verticale : Il vino liquoroso invecchia per 24 mesi in botti usate di rovere francese e americano, seguiti da 12 mesi in vasca di acciaio inox. Dopo l'imbottigliamento il vino ha riposato per 6 mesi nella nostra cantina. Per preservare tutte le sue qualità, questo vino non è stato stabilizzato e può depositarsi naturalmente.
