Vinificazione del vino Herdade dos Grous 23 Barricas 2021 Rosso: selezione manuale al ricevimento dell'uva, fermentazione in lagares con macerazione intensa. La fine della fermentazione alcolica, della fermentazione malolattica e dell'affinamento avviene in botti di rovere nuove. La varietà Touriga Nacional invecchia in rovere francese e la varietà Syrah in botti di rovere americano. Dopo 12 mesi vengono selezionate le 23 botti migliori di ciascuna varietà.
